I have had unprotected sex three times in the past week, and also oral sex. After the first two times and the oral sex, nothing had happened. But after the third time, I noticed the next day that I had some tiny red dots developping on the head of my penis. I didn't believe that it was anything serious, but now it has almost been a week since they started showing up and they have spread to all over the head of my penis and the skin under the head as well. They do not hurt ever but sometimes they do itch very slightly. I have spoken to the girl about this and she says that she does not have any STDs. Is that what this is, or is it something less serious?
Well, I wouldn't trust the girl because she may not know or have been tested for everything, most standard STD panels don't test for all the possible STDs that you can encounter. Herpes has a 2 day incubation period. If she had cold sores on her mouth or was developing one she may have transmitted HSV-1 to you genitally (which 80% of the population has orally). So, as I suggest with anyone who has unprotected sex, you need to get tested. Get tested in about a month for your full panel, although HIV will probably not appear until about 10 weeks. If you still have the bumps NOW is the time to go get tested for herpes so that they can give you a swab test. Now, this could also be a rash which is an allergic reaction. It could be anything which is why I say you should head over to a doctor and see what he thinks. Remember, no one can diagnose you over the internet.

It's also possible for you to get a rash if she had a yeast infection. However, a yeast infection for men is less common because the penis is usually easier to keep clean. Get checked by a medical professional, you need to know the truth. So does your partner.
