i started noticing it like 1 month back and back then i thought it might dissapear or something like that. but it havent dissapeared. it looks like a 1 CM loong 0.5 cm wide rash going from back of penis head towards the front. it dosnt itch or anything, havent had sex ( ever, even though i am 19 years of age). what could it be?

But it could be just a normal variation in pigmentation, or it could be a minor irritation. Running just 1 cm long and half a cm wide, that's real small!
Or it could be something slumbering, like a herpes infection...
But there's no way to know until you get an examination.
