What types of exercises are recommended in rhumatism? I’d like to join an exercise program. I’m not sure if it would be helpful or harmful in my condition. I have stiffness in joints and am not in very good shape. Should I do it? I was thinking about aerobic or something that can help in weight reduction.
If I were you, I wouldn’t start it before talk to my doctor. Especially about aerobic. I also suffer rheumatism, and exercise 3 times per week. My physician recommended me what type of exercises I am allowed to do. I support your decision to join exercise program, it helped me a lot. Weight control is very important, because extra weight makes additional pressure on your joints.
yeah talk to ur doc b4 launching into exercises coz they can aggravate ur rheumatism!
I agree with maryanna, I think it's better to consult first your doctor so he can give advices and you can start on what exercise that migth be fitted to you.
It's better to be informed so you can focused on the exercises suited for you and for you to be easily performed the tasked.
