I've had pain for about 6 months now. I've been to a chiropractor, sports medicine dr, and physical therapy combined with acupuncture. The pain is triggered in various ways. Sometimes it's when I try to stretch my hamstrings, sometimes it's when I'm just laying down and I begin to get achy. The only time I feel good is after I workout at night. On nights and days that I don't workout I'm in significantly more pain. Quality of life is getting worst by the day. Please help me find a solution!
