Hi, I have recently experienced some pain in the scrotal sack. It scares me and don`t know what could be the cause of that problem. A friend told me that I might have hernia, but I don`t now much about that diseases. Also, the pain I feel comes right after sex. Anybody with any experience?
Hi, pain in the scrotal sack have many different causes and the problem is that the location doesn`t have to be in the sack, only makes you feel that way. A hernia can irritate your testicle nerves. This problem gets bigger as the years are passing by, causing pain which seems to come from the testicle (but don`t). The most of testicle trouble comes from a bit of bruising in everyday`s life of a man. But not always. Some men may suffer one of the rare (or not so rare) disease. But, I think that you don`t have hernia because the pain comes right after sex. Just take a warm bath to ease the muscles.

Hey, I experienced something similar, though the pain was more specific, mostly in my left testicle. It sort of came and went a fair bit over the course of a few weeks, (I felt it more when I ejaculated) then one day it got insanely painful and, although I had an appointment with the doctor later that day, I ended up walking five blocks to a hospital in the rain at 4AM clutching my ballsack. It turns out I had epididymitis, which is an infection-caused problem. Nothing real serious, they checked it wasn't testicular torsion first and then gave me a ultrasound, then gave me some antibiotics and some painkillers.
