I had the surgery done and it wasn't painful. The after care was but i was unfortunate and my stitches split open. It has been a month and a half since the surgery and they are all gone and everything healed nicely. Most people heal in 3 weeks if their stiches don't split open. A month and a half or wait six years like i did . You decide but I found that taking one for the team for a month wasn't so bad and now that they are gone I feel so much better about everything. You should get them removed if they are large and affect your sex life.

Ive had them 2 since i was 16, started off as 1, then more...i got told by clinics who saw my balls, that they were normal, and they would go away. They dont. and hardly normal right?soooo...Ive tried removing them..Very painful, and bloody and a bit discusting..once youve got all the puss out, its just too much blood..and you cant really see what your doing.. and then your left with excess skin and inside theres this hard (seed part) underneath leftover, like attached to the inner part of scrotum skin..i was like wtf..prodding it didnt hurt, but the area around it..very painful. then it just scabs and itched alot.23 now, im good looking, and girls dont understand why i turn them down. or why im not active like i hold back. and i end relationships, good ones for fear of being caught with them. i feel like im not normal, should i just tell them about my problem..and hope they dont think its genital warts or something?! im plucking up courage to go see my doctor..doctors have seen them before..but i think ill be brave and push for surgey..thanks guys youve given me the courage i need..also, if its a dietary thing, it would be handy to know what sort of things to stay away from. and how to treat my balls on a daily basis to prevent return of the little blighters,

I started off with a bump on the back of my neck. It eventually grew to the size of a golf ball and hard. I also started to get a whole bunch on my testicles as well. Some pea sized and some much smaller.
I went to my physician who got me into surgery, which I am still waiting for.
However, my friends mother is a homeopathic doctor, and she referred me to Horse Tail Tea. Steep the tee, and drink it, and apply the warm teabag to the affected area(s).
She informed me that some nutrients in it, will make the cysts disburse in a healthy way. No popping, no scars, nothing. This tea is known as "Natures Scalpel".
Now I just started this a couple weeks ago, while waiting for surgery, the large one on my neck has not only gotten soft, but has reduced in size by about 30%. Which has never happened in the 12 years I had it.
As well, some of the smaller ones on my testicles have disappeared, and the couple larger ones I hope will follow.
In very little time, I have noticed a huge difference, so don't do anything else before you try this. I know how it feels, very embarrassing, but it is quite common, and in no way contagious to your partners. At worst, show people what these are.
If anyone would like anymore information or would like to know more about my story, reply to this, and I can chat or just send me an email.

Thank you to all who have talked about this embarrassing issue with everyone. You all gave me the courage to try and do something about it. I have had these cysts come and go in the past but recently have had some that stuck around and were starting to worry me because the area was beginning to feel numb. I have been screened for std's and came back clean on all fronts, so I know it's nothing serious like that; but like others...I just wanted them gone so I could feel more confident and not worry about it so much.
I finally decided enough is enough and did it myself. I am currently unemployed and have no form of health insurance so I had to go about it the way I did. I used the puncture and squeeze method using a sterilized sewing needle to puncture and fingers to squeeze it all out. I really didn't think it would work but after a good little bit, I got all of the white rubbery whatever out of there; however like some others, did not have a little seed-like sack to remove. I will say that the second I popped them and removed the rubbery substance, I instantly felt better. Used my fingers to squeeze it all out so my skin is a bit raw feeling but that will likely dissipate overnight (could possibly take another day or two) but I already feel much better. I had two large ones that I tackled today (one on each side of my scrotum, left and right sack). One was virtually painless but did bleed a little more than the other, whereas the other was a good bit painful but tolerable nonetheless with very minimal blood. I only made a small pin-sized hole to lower risk of infection and used rubbing alcohol as well as hydrogen peroxide to help disinfect as well as close the tiny little wound. Even if I have to go back and do this procedure again in the future, a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. I can't thank you all enough and I wish/hope doctors and scientists do find what causes these cysts so that nobody has to go through the lack of confidence and issues I and others have had over these bast***s.
If you are on the fence about doing this procedure yourself, don't be... it was much easier and less painful than I had anticipated. If you have health insurance, you should probably go to the doctor and get them removed that way, just to be sure things are done by the book, but so far so good on my end. I will update (or reply to) this post in a few days to let you all know how things are going.

Well Thanks for sharing your experience. It gave me confidence to do this surgery thing myself and I am all set to do it tomorrow. After that will be sharing about my experience. I have two/three large and numerous small sized bumps. I went through a Lazer treatment three four years back , but right after 3 months they started appearing again. I am 24 years old and have these stupid annoying bumps since my teen years, So let's see what this surgery thing has effect on me.

You people are mad. I am going to the hospital right now. I commend you all on your bravery but seriously man that self surgery method is messed up. I removed a cyst from my knuckle once and that was enough. I'm not mad enough to do self surgery on my nuts ffs.

Hi all, I have been reading the posts from all my pals......I am 34 Now and i have these cysts around my scrotum sizing of a apple seed since last 8 years....i tried homeopathy treatment and ayurveda for almost continuously for 4 years but there is no result that these cysts may get dissolved.......I lost hope and finally consulted a General surgeon who confirmed me that these are sebaceous cysts, then came to know that this is common kind of a problem in many males from the age group of 15 to 40. And likely there is no treatment for them other than getting them operated and removing.....So friends i got them removed by local anesthesia and the surgery is also very easy and u can get back to your work within 2 to 3 days.....I likely to advice u all that don't get panic it is a very small issue, go to a good surgeon and get them sacked.
Moreover you all need to keep your balls clean, be hygienic and apply some turmeric powders after a shower to be safe side always.

Please send me a video of the procedure. I have a pea-sized lump and tried to squeeze it and ended up hurting myself. It did release something inside and got bigger. My scrotum is inflamed, my right testicle is hurting and the pain is spreading inside and not subsiding after 4 or 5 days. Taking antibiotics and inflammation med.How can we go about you sending me the video. It would help a lot. I was going to have my wife remove it for me but she is sacred so I will do it.

From what I've seen in my hours of research on this is that this is in fact very common, so that is a little relief. I personally noticed mine around the age of 15, started with just 1 small one growing to the size of about a pea, which I did the same trick it seems a lot of people have done with the needle/ peroxide method, looking back i realized that this thing appeared right about the time we were doing 2 a day football practices in the Tn summer. Well didn't think much of that until every summer near the end of 2 a days I would have a new one pop up. I took a year off after high scool and didn't have any come up. I joined the USMC and got sent off to the island where i came out with 2 new ones, and accumulated 2 more after SOI, so maybe this has something to do with heat setting them in motion, or just the constant rubbing on the area. As far as options go there are 3 in my opinion. 1. Leave it alone and keep having to turn down those daytime BJs. 2. Pay some dude you don't know to go all Halloween on your boys. 3. If you like being able to hook up with random chicks and not have to keep turning down those BJs, which is never awkward, then you have to man up and do what me and a lot of these other guys did and cut those little assholes out yourself. It may seem a little scary, but ask anyone here who has done it and they will all tell you that it is very worth it, and you only have to do it a few times a year. Good cyst hunting to all and DO NOT forget the peroxide/alcohol
