Last night I had protected sex with a guy I’m seeing and the first time he cummed. We then went for round 2, again using a condom. However, the second time we both heard the condom break and he immediately pulled out. What chances are there of pregnancy seeing as he’d already cummed into another condom before and the time of exposure was very short ?

There is a chance of pregnancy. Any semen that was in his urethra from your previous time would be able to leak out with the break.
An emergency contraceptive is ideal for such an occasion.
