Hi i am 24, i have had red dry ictchy skin around my nose, mouth and now it had spread inside my nostrills. I have tried a lot of stuff, i have tried cortisone cream, different balms, to make it go away, but now it got even worst. I already have it for a year and i can tell its not going away. Sometimes, when i try to touch my nose or skin around my mouth it has watery small red bumps, and if they pop, or when i try to pop them, it burns so bad, my tears even come out, it is that painful. I dont know what to do now, i am on the budget cant afford any appointments, so i hope maybe some one is dealing with same problem, or was dealing with it, please help me to make it better and please help me to treat it so it can go away forever. Thank You, i will be waiting for your advises. :-)

I'm very sorry to hear that but maybe this can help, I had the same thing you discribed around my mouth and my nose which it was the worse. I went to a walk in clinic and they checked it out and gave me a perscription for some type of cream lotion which I rubbed on twice a day and in about a week-week in a half it was almost gone. They never told me why it does that but for some people it's very common and hard to get rid of. But after about two months I quit using it and Its been four years latter and I havn't had that problem anymore.
