If her vagina was very wet from her juices and your sperm landed close to her vagina then yes it could happen the sperm would swim to meet her egg.
So what can I do to clear my doubt now if make her take a I pill without any confirmation there are side effects of that so I'm worried
You must make a choice prepare for fatherhood or get the morning after pill and deal with the side effects.
Get the home pregnancy test that can give you a answer.
But it takes some weeks I guess by that time it will be too late to take a pill
Better get the morning after pill.
