I am 15 years old and ending my journey through puberty. About a week or two ago i noticed numerous tiny white bumps on my testicles. There are some where hairs come out and come where they dont. They can be "popped", when they are popped a little white pusy substance comes out. In all the previous posts i have read about a problem like this the person has had only a few, and i have a lot. does anyonw know if this is a bad thing, or something i should consult a doctor about.
omg i got that too.. it scaring me. but i never tried to pop them. but mine ore my skin color and i am latino.

they are ingrown hairs. don't worry....they won't hurt you. ignore them
