All the test are done, met with the ortho last week. This ortho only does elbows and hands. Seems I have a couple of things. Severe cubital tunnel in right arm, C3-C5 disk issues affecting mostly left side! All acted up around the same time.
Going in 9-17 for the transposition surgery. He thinks it's the combo of the elbow and neck causing the innocent muscles, i.e. shoulder, to act up.
Saw the neck ortho, thinks my neck will settle out once we do the surgery. Both think neck surgery is not necessary now.
Looking forward getting the surgery and starting the road back to normalcy. Been too long since I've been able to get any surfing in, though I know it will be several months of recovery and PT before I will be able to, but it's something to look forward to.

I was run over by a car earlier this year and I have been feeling this back/shoulder pain ever since. PT made it worse, it sometimes radiates to my neck. I have tried many things, tens, stretching, ulrasound, the only thing that seems to work is medical marijuana.

Possible problem/solution! I have the same exact pain and it comes after I have been doing computer work for several hours. I found that my office chair was too low (only by a little) and the strain on my shoulder joint over that amount of time was irritating and inflamming my shoulder and muscles around it. I found a chair that sits higher so my right arm gets to hang down a little more and I don't get the pain as quickly. I still get it a little if I stay a very long time on the computer but it definitely helps. Once I've been slouching even on my higher chair the pain can start and once it does, even correcting my posture that day does not help. I have to start a new day once the inflammation goes down.
I hope this helps someone.

So did you find some kind of solution to
brachial plexitis due to an autoimmune disease. Pressure and compression makes the blood vessels in the brachial plexus (the bunch of nerves that go to your arm, upper chest, and upper back) get more inflammed and so you have more symptoms when you use your arm. Taking out the first rib can lower the compression, but the pathology is in the "blood vessels" that are very dense in neruological tissue of the brachial plexus.
Let me know please
