Follow up: Hey friends this is DJ I just wanted to get back to you and let you know where I am at and what is going on now after 2 weeks. First off the not eating is over I just couldn't go any longer without eating but the good news is I feel so much better now and I think part of that is from resting my system and giving it a break from food. During this time I spent many hours researching the possible causes for bloating and gas over the internet and some studies were recent and some quite old but still important and after gathering all that information I found out that my body had suffered great damage both from IBS and from being very ill and had to be put on a months worth of antibiotics which destroyed my intestinal flora and most likely did other damage as well. I did research on a lot of probiotics and then selected one called Ultimate Flora and selected the one listed as critical care I also started on a good digestive enzyme and I take those with every meal. I get both of these from GNC but I am sure you can find them in other stores as well. These products are working well however you do have to watch the foods you put into your body as I have had a few flair ups after eating eggs and drinking milk I changed from regular milk to drinking lactose free and wow what a difference. I no longer eat corn and no longer eat white bread nor white rice as its not good but you can research that sort of thing for yourself and also check out which foods have GMO's in them and stay away from them at all costs. I hope what I have wrote here will help some of you so that you don't have to suffer any longer because that's just awful. One more thing if you drink coffee stop as its very hard on the gut and if you smoke stop that too. I quit coffee and went to a vape shop and that's going to help me stop smoking I am sure of that. Take care and God Bless All. DJ

Hi , your PH in your stomach is probably unbalanced, just take some apple cider vinegar before each meal , you can also find it in capsules. It will help.
