Two weeks ago, I woke feeling nauseous. A feeling I generally get due to my birth control. The feeling progressed through the day and minorly shortened my appetite. The next day, I awoke early with severe abdominal pain and called in sick from work. This pain comes, gets worse, then passes leaving me for maybe a couple hours. In the morning, I had a slightly above normal temperature. Through out the day it got to 100.5 On the third day, I called in sick right before work because my fever spiked once again. I had abdominal pain lessened but constant nausea on this day as well. I saw a doctor, who tested me for streep throat because my throat hurt me more than my stomach on this day. The test were negative. I hadn't eaten food yesterday, eating food this day made me feel better. I went into work the next day and stopped recieveing symptoms.

Five days ago, I had some of the same symptoms pop up. I work up with nausea for the first day but preceeded to go to work and do my daily activities. Second day, I developed more queeziness and abdominal pain. This was also the sign of my sore throat again. I was off of work the third day. I recieved severe and almost paralyzing abdominal pain and went into the doctor. My temperature was mid 100.5 again. They said I showed many symptoms of an appendicitis, however, I had mine removed a couple years ago. I had no abnormal bowel or urinary movements. He said there was no reason for operation and that I should just maintan it. Today is day five, I haven't recieved anymore abdominal pain, but I experience constant nausea, my throat prevents me from eaing. Yesterday, my abdominal pain followed up throat my chest and into my left shoulder and then seized. I haven't been able to sleep for more than a couple of hours since the third day.

This isn't getting worse but it definitely isn't getting better. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Note: when relieving bowel movements or gas, I do not recieve relief.

It might be helpful to have your doctor set up an appointment with the gastoenterologist. Not eating can increase the pain, try eating chicken noodle soup with shredded cheese; this should also help with the sore throat. Taking Pepto Bismol can take the stomach pain away for a little too.
