i have had severe vertigo, echoing or ringing in ears, pain in the whole head(from forehead to the neck) all this worse in the evening everyday... what do u think it is?

I dont want to alarm you but it would probably be in your best interest to visit a Dr. This happened to me last week along with a few other symptoms - I actually thought id had a stroke, scary stuff! Dr sent me for a CT scan which showed some asymmetry in the internal auditory canal and he has referred me to an ENT specialist and for an MRI to 'hopefully' rule out a 'small intracanalicular tumour'. Im scared too!

It truly sounds like you have an inner ear infection. Go see your doctor or an ENT doctor.
My dad has these symptoms as well and he was recently diagnosed with minears disease. It is very manageable.
