well, you are supposed to wait because there are risks of infection. some infections can lead to infertility. you just have to be careful, and check your temerature often. as long as it doesn't go above 100, you're fine. and yes you can get pregnant right away, but too soon can lead to another miscarriage. however, there have been women to have normal, healthy babies after getting pregnant so fast.
