Just last night I was going up stairs to bed when all of the sudden I had a sharp pain on the right side of my head. Right after that I noticed a strange metal taste in my mouth. The pain went away after a few minutes and i had a slight metal taste still in my mouth when I fell off to sleep. This morning I feel really tired. I don't have the taste in my mouth anymore. What can this be?
