Hi, I am 44 years old. I am working at the fast food store. My problem is that I am too fat. You will assume that I am fat because I eat fast food, but that is not true. I don't eat fast food much. I eat it maybe once a week. I am running and I am planning to visit gym. Do you have any advice for shedding fat?

Well, congratulation you have the woman's number 1 problem. You know by yourself that you should avoid c**p food, everything that will make your situation worse than it is now. It is good that you are running it is the best exercise for you. In the gym you should take smaller weight with larger number of repeating (over the 20 times) to define your muscles and turn fat in muscles. Also you can go with the friend and workout without taking rest between the sets, rest while she or he is doing set.

Just wanted to make a Quick comment, you do not turn fat into muscle, you burn fat and build muscle, two separate functions, otherwise us fat people would have life a lot easier when making these life style changes. Good luck with your journey though.
