Ok so I just want a Little help.. So me and my girlfriend have been together for about a year and we'v only had sex with protection and I dont use cheap condoms and I always make sure there are no holes and tears. Well on new years night I stayed the night and we had sex that night (with protection) and then the next morning (with protection) and its bearly been a week so I dont think she'd be showing signs yet.. BUT the 20th was our anniversary and we tried to have sex but couldn't get it done cause too many people at the house so we just had forplay and we were naked under the sheets and touching and I'm terrified of pre-cum and that something kinda happened and its been 3 weeks, she is suppose to start her period soon, shes been having headaches, back pain, been really tired lately and just eating here and there with slight cramps (but not allot) so idk what to do!? These could be signs of her starting but I'm a little scared :// I'm only 17 and things are tough and I dont wanna bring a child into a life I cant do all I can for it.. Can someone please give me there insight? Please and thank you!
Hi Just,
Her symptoms are NOT specific to pregnancy. We can't tell.
It's been 3 weeks. She could take a home pregnancy test. If she does, she MUST use her first morning urine (her wake up pee) for the best accuracy. Testing early, false negatives are common. False positives are not.
If she has a NORMAL period then it is very likely that she IS NOT pregnant.
hope it helps.
Well tonight she was just telling me how she felt like she had to take deeper breaths every now and again and I read online that that was another sign of the beginning of pregnancy but some of these things are never clear... I'm just really worried but she hasnt has any puking or spotting or constantly in the bathroom and they say those are some main signs but not all women are the same so I dont really know what to do..
Just,
If she hasn't missed a period then the only way to know is to test. Even then, testing early is not reliable.
For many women the first sign of pregnancy is a missed period.
