You llikely caused some trauma to the tissues in your anus by using the dildo. It can happen. Be sure to take your time inserting and removing it and use PLENTY of lube.
The tissues in the anus are very vascular. It doesn't take much at all to cause some bleeding.
It should stop very soon.
