I cant really remember what my first ejaculation looked like but i will still offer my help young one. this is completely normal, for this is the beginning stages of semen. Your Prostate, the organ that produces the Seminal Fluid, which is the fluid that is clear is just maturing. As it matures and continues to develop, the fluid will turn whiter. This will probably happen as you get closer to the end of puberty or can happen soon. It all depends on how fast your body matures. Hope this helps.
