I second the suggestion of B6 (at least 25 mg but don't go above 100 mg without med consult - splitting dosage across day also helpful) and B12 - I had intractable scapular pain for 2 years, spreading to shoulders/neck/spine/upper arms, but the increased B6 helped significantly.

I have had my left ear blocked or muffled is a good word for over two years. Now I am having additional symptoms. My top of my left head hurts when touching it.Now I have pain in the back of my ear and down my neck and back. I have had two MRIs and my ears check twice. saw two neurologists and they said they can't help. Sometimes I cannot sleep on my right side because it causing pain from the left. I am getting worried.
