Not everything is safe to use as lube. Cooking oil or a can of crisco has been suggested before. Just remember that these are not good if you are in a situation needing a condom.
The bleeding I don't know about, it could just be from stretching the tissues. That happens sometimes. Some questions: Is it fresh blood or dried? Is your feces black and kinda tarry? How is your stomach, any problems with acid? Any pain near the stomach or on your side, might even feel like it is around the top corner of your kidneys? Is the large amount what you normally have or is it different? It is different, how long has this been happening? Ay significant changes in diet or appetite?
