I am a casual smoker, though I smoke much more when I am stressed, which is at the moment. I am slowly turning into a regular smoker again who relies on nicotine for his fix, and I don't want that! I am thinking about trying hrt patches now. Are there any side effects apart from those causes by nicotine any way?
