I really want to know this answer but what signs tell you that you may have an early stomach bug? My mom thinks I may have one but I wanna double check.
It could be different with everyone, but early signs can be extreme fatigue, nausea, diarrhea, and possible elevated temperature. Both my kids had a mild case of the stomach bug this week and my youngest was very tired and laying around. I knew something was up because she usually is one to be running around all the time. My teen was having bad stomach cramps and didn't have an appetite. So you see that each person may have different symptoms. So do you think you have a stomach bug? It would be best to stay home from school if you are having symptoms as to not spread it to all the kids at school, even if that is where you contracted it.
I have had fatigue and lost of appetite, my stomach and sides hurt a bit as well
But no stabbing pains, and I had green stool which was weird.
