About 2 years ago I dislocated my right knee. I have had physio on it and still am going to the gym. Regularly, I get pain from my lower back/hip (right at the bottom of my back where buttocks start). Whilst I have this pain I have pain in my 'bad' (previously dislocated knee) and in my right testicle which has a little spot on in it. About a year ago I went to the doctor about the spot but they said it was nothing major, I think they said it was a varicocele that would clear on its own. But it hasn't.
I can't help but think it was my knee dislocation which started all this pain?
The lower back/hip pain occurs when I sit down for more than 30 mins. It can be relieved by massaging the joint quite firmly/hardly.
Also, I noticed that when I got up in a weird posture, my lower back clicked. It hurted when it clicked but 'STRAIGHT AFTER' it clicked, my lower back/hip pain nearly/completely stopped.
Can someone please tell me what is wrong with me?
