Hi, I'm 15 and a virgin and maybe last year I realized a Red Bump on my head, so I touched it and it stung and was a very weird feeling. I don't know if this is a UTI, because I do have a couple of those symptoms like feeling like I have to pee but I don't have to, or if it is just because under my foreskin is dirty. Please Help!
