I had a nasal polyps on the right maxillary sinus and deviated nasal septum. During that period I was seeing eye floaters all the time. I thought it was due to other problem....I cousulted an opthalmologist but he said there is nothing wrong in the eye. A couple months Iater I underwent a surgery to remove the polyps and After the surgery I noticed that the floaters were gone. I dont know how did it happen but I am sure that the floaters were due to sinus related problem.

I have the same ones I get sinusitis in my left side corner between my eye and nose, I start to have eye floaters, I have pressure in that area between eye and nose, I got FESS, I am better but still have that pressure and floater. However, I took a CT scan again when I had that pressure, and that CT shows that I have polyps in the left ethmoid. so I will need to do another surgery to remove these polyps from the ethmoid sinus.

I got floaters for the first time during a sinus infection and I hadn't had a sinus infection before either. I think there is a link.

It's possible that the presence of the nasal polyps and deviated nasal septum could have been indirectly causing your eye floaters. One possibility is that the pressure from the blocked sinuses could have been putting pressure on the eyeball or optic nerve, leading to the appearance of floaters.
Alternatively, the inflammation and swelling associated with the sinus issue could have been affecting the vitreous humor, the gel-like substance in the eye that can sometimes cause floaters.
It's important to note that there are many potential causes of eye floaters, and not all cases are related to sinus issues.
Have you consulted with the doctor about it?
