small bumps / pimples on penis head

Thank you so much for this post. I recently found some small red bumps on the sides of my penile head. Just the sides. So It had me worried. I've only ever had sex with my current girlfriend though and I do masturbate somewhat frequently and embarrassingly sometimes I dont wash as well as I should.

my situation is like of the iraq soldier, I have these pimple looking bumps on my head and some on the rim like 10 very small on the head and less on the rim. At first they were just red but now it looks like the pimples are going away and turning whitish color as if dry skin were coming off. I only had sex once and used condom and its been 3 months back since i had sex, But I have masturbated a few times in a row in one day. Should I be worried? And how do i treat this? Im nervous =/

I read all the posts here and many describe my problem but no-one links to images of it.

Yh same from me, I'm 16 and I thought it might of been having unprotected sex with my girlfriend which we have lost our Vs to each other but that was a week before little red spots started occurring. Then this post made me realize that I had one mental day where i masturbated 5 times in a short amount of time when the next day I got spots :L few!

it's cause you're 14 and all you do is masturbate. the "little red bumps" are caused by over use, or to much masturbation, of the penis.

So....

Give your little guy a break and stop polishing that pole so much, it will disappear, trust me.

i have similair dots on the bottom of the tip of my penis when i retract some skin, they look very similair to pimples but their not, i have never ever had any kind of sexual contact but i'm about to engage sexual contact, and i would like to know if they are in any way harmfull, i would be extreemly gratefull if someone can tell me what they are, like i said they look like pimples, they don't make any discomfort, they don't itch i have no uncomfortable feelings when i urinate or elaculate, i have no idea if their harmfull, i've noticed them for the first time a long time ago, they haven't increased or decreased in numbers, some are barly 1mm, some are about 2mm, i don't think they increased in numbers at least, they always bothered me so i tried to forget about them, can anyone tell me if their harmefull or not? i'd be extreemly gratefull

i havent been sexually active for about 5 years... just had a bj for like 15 seconds.. in the past year i havent masturbated at all.. the only time i touch my penis is if im peeing lol i do squeeze it to get the rest of the pee out so i dont have an extra drop or two come out 10 mins later.. i do wipe it off with a thick paper towel to clean the pee off so maybe im scratching it too hard?

I am 14 and had sex with a condom but nothing else... I have some pimples on my foreskin, that look similar to the ones you see under STD pictures. I don't have anything itchy or so... I have them on my lips to, but i don't know why HELP ME IF YOU CAN!! If it matters i masturbate a lot, at least 4 times a day. Please help

You would have a mild case of Balantis. It usually occers with people that havent been circumcised and have poor hygiene(keeping your penis clean).
