You might have hepatitis (cold sores) if your lip gets swollen get it checked out definitely. However no need to worry 2/3rds of the entire world has hepatitis and a lot of them don't even know it until they have a break out. It's very common to not even know how you got it.

I have the same thing. But I had it removed this morning. They numb your lips, cut it open and remove the few bumps then stitched it back up. They said it's nothing to worry about. It will heal within up to 5 days.

I've had my little bump for two years now and it's always there but not huge. I started getting them after I knocked my teeth out and I must have damaged my lip in the process. So yeah It only becomes poppable like once a month. But when I do pomp it it oozes clear stuff and then bleeds. I've tried to have it removed 3 times now but it always comes back.

Absolute rubbish.It is not HPV, it is almost certainly a mucocele, which is a harmless but annoying cyst like lump most commonly found on the lower lip, caused by repetitive trauma or biting leading to the rupture of a minor salivary gland.
