I found one exactly how you discribed it, I went to the Doctor and he didnt seem worried for me and acted as if he had herd it before, I told me it was nothing to worry about, didn't mentioned possible cancer, Nine months later I found another, they are just a little bigger than a BB

It is most likely an appendage which is common and not of concern. Check out the link for more

I've seen a doctor about this and was told that it was a harmless calcium deposit. I've had it for almost 10 years with no problems. I'll describe it in as much detail as I can so that you might be able to relate. But I will say this first. Anytime you have a strange lump in or around your testicular area, go t in the doctor and don't trust the Internet for self-diagnosis. Not even a posted by a doctor as.you can't be sure. Anyway, my symptoms for this calcium deposit are as follows. It feels like a small rock or jagged pebble, that isn't attached to my testes themselves, but rather feels like it is attached to the inside of the testicular sack. When grasping it and rolling it around in between the skin, it feels attached to the sack and the other side of the skin just rolls around on top of it. Basically a hard, half pea sized, rock like lump attached to the inside of the testicular sack NOT the testes or scrotum itself. And it was confirmed to be a harmless calcium deposit. But as I said earlier, always see a Dr when you find a strange lump in your groin area, especially if it hurts or grows in size.

its funny to hear this b/c i have one on each side sometimes you gotta be fondlin ya balls to even find this  little BB when you find it unlike a previous guy said he smashes his OH NO!! AINT NO SMASHIN THIS LIL GUY it feels exactly like gettin hit in the nuts but not to that extreme but more like a lil pluck enough to make you frown and go ooah wit bubble guts  i believe after doing some research it may be part of the  epididimys and vas deferens but doesnt hurt at all on a normal day unless u squeeze it and you wont keep doing that  I PROMISE THAT!

Yeah. It feels like it has a mind of its own. Seems to be hard to get a hold of. Doctors have told me there is nothing there. All in all I've seen 4 docs and been to the sexual health clinic.
They tell me it's nothing to worry about or referred me to someone else.
I think they are some kind of implant that can cloak itself.

I have had this for a few years and my mom won't let me schedule for a doctors appointment cause she thinks I'm over reacting. I am worried because they wont go away and im afraid of getting more of them.

I have one small grain size of a Basmati Rice for more than a year now. It is very hard and slippery inside the testicle. Does not hurt. I asked my doctor to look at it, she could not find it. I could not find it either during the visit, however; I know it is there. I feet it and touch it occasionally. I asked doctor to get an x-ray, and she denied.

I've read a few of the post and it sounds like something that I've had before and have again now. Hence why I'm looking it up. First time was about twenty years ago. 46 now. Scared me then as it does now. Funny enough my mate had one at the same time. In both our cases from first noticing it seem to migrate through the skin where finally it was close enough to the surface that I was able to push it through the rest. What came out was a white hard stone. Few weeks later my mate was also able to extract his. And again a small white stone slightly bigger than mine.
