Small Hard Ball Deep In Scrotum

Hello, as explained in the main post that a hard thing attached to the scrotum which does not pain, I had that too.
Like all of us after f*****g the internet most siteswere about testicular cancer, lymph nodes etc And in these cases some were related to injury during sports too.
Well and many said having pain in the balls was a good thing cause it means your body's fighting it off(like an internal conflict)
So part of me was scared coz i didn't feel any pain.
And testicular cancer doesn't necessarily pain.
So went to a doctor and even he couldn't figure what it was. Told me to get a sonograpghy done. Did that and was frikkin relieved.
Here's the concl:
(Btw I had the hard rock feeling in the bottom of the right ball and it was painless)
The right testis was perfectly fine and at it's bottom was the junction with the right epididymis.
It measures 16mm. It is increased in size and altars m appears altered in echotexture. It alters m appears heterogeneously hypoechoic with increased vascularity suggests signs of inflammation.
If you Google it up it says epididymo -orchitis ( kinda sounds cool !)
I was given a 7day antibiotic dosage and it the returned to the normal size.

I was showering the other day, washing the nuts when I thought i felt a little ball or something. I had to stand in shower for a good 15 minutes before pin pointing it down. It's kind of deep in the sack, and small very movable lump. When i squeeze it, it kind of hurts like being kicked in the balls like others have said. It's not attached to testicles. Did anyone go to the doctor or urologist on this one? I hate going in, especially if it means showing someone, or letting someone touch my balls.

I really have to search for awhile before im able to find it.. size of a pea or raisin i suppose.

I had a lump the size of a peanut after my apprenticeship. I didn't get it checked. It was a hernia, it disappeared but infected my blood as the wasted muscle tissue "rots". I suffered terribly for a long period, I mean it, get it checked, I would have died had I not lived with student

I know what you mean. It rolls around and dives and surfaces. Not being attached to the testicle is what you want to hear.

When you say peanut, do you mean with the shell included? or a de-shelled peanut? sorry, just curious on the exact size. Also, where was your lump? in the scrotum? or attached to your testicles?

I get these about every 3 yrs or so. A hard little round cisk located directly under the skin. I actually bite the bullet and pick them out with a needle. They never grow back after removing but do reappear in different places over time

My BF and son have these on their testicles. My son just developed them and my BF has had them for years and never did anything about them. Not a big deal.

Its NOT TC if its not on the actual testical but an ultrasound wont go a miss. If not, wait to see it it causes any iritation but if not its probably nothing. I have also got the same thing

You described it well, in fact I noticed that I have a couple of them like 3. I work in the healthcare field and I have seen my PCP because of it. She sent me to urology, they did a scan and said that it was my epididymis tubules. I have noticed the first one for more than 3 years now and the other ones a couple of months, but again they all may have been there for the whole time. I just went to my PCP again, and they again stated that it's nothing to worry about.

Just found this damn hard miniscule ball in my scrotum first time ever. Reminds me of the tiny iron balls some wooden puzzles use that you have to rotate and get it to the end without falling in holes. Point is I've read most of what u guys are suggesting but can't understand exactly what the hell is goin on.

I too have just found this. Mine was irritated a little bit so that's how I found it I thought it was from shaving or something I did not know but I have found it and I'm worried to death also
