I found a hard bb sized ball in my scrotum as well. Its not on my testical but more like at the end of a string above my testical in with the sperma cord. Its on my right side, i can pinch it between my index and thumb and move it around. If im laying down its eaiser to find, but if im standing i almost have to dig up in my skin area near my pelvic bone. For what I heard testicular cancer only grows on the actual testicle. What I have is a hard BB at the end of a string up near the tubes and strings above my testical.

Hello. I have read many replies, and i seem to have the same thing as most. but i am slightly more concerned due to the fact that i have noticeable pain when i am not touching it. i only have the pain about every month or two, but when it comes it hurts. when i touch it, it feels about the size of a lima bean. it never goes away, so i am very concerned. any one have tips? diagnosable?

I have the EXACT same problem, a couple of months ago I found it and I had a massive breakdown because I thought it was testicular cancer, I got it checked out, nothing was wrong. And now I had pain and discomfort in my testicals and when I checked it out i found that same little ball from months ago. The discomfort is only when I move around a tiny bit, it is not excruciating pain it is very tolerable. But still a bit weird how as soon as I get pain again I found that same little ball about the size a small pea.

I have found the same thing. about five years ago i found the first one and after about five year of checking this hard object and noticing it growing, i went to the doc and was sent to have my scrotum looked at and pictures taken. the doctor said nothing to worry about.... you don't have cancer.
Just tis past Monday I found another stone like object deep in my scrotum, about 2mm. This is how the big one started. it took about five years for it to grow to about 7mm. The above reads of more than one male looks like we have the same issue. So whats up DOC what is it that we have......????

Just a update, went to my doc and told her what i found. I explained to her what i found, all she said was to keep a eye on it. Lol all this freaking out for nothing.

Yesterday I found the same tiny hard painless ball thing in my scrotum when I try to examine it via touch I only feel a slight squeezing pain you would feel anywhere else. It does not effect me on any way but I'm not too sure if I should check it out

I have had this for somewhere between 15-20 years, first noticed around age 22. To a t, the hard BB sized ball, and I recently discovered a new, smaller one. I have squeezed it as hard as I possibly could w no pain other than from the skin around it.
My theory is that it is a build up of deposit like calcium or something but not dangerous. I had an ultrasound for an unrelated condition (a cyst, which was benign, much larger and softer) but they said nothing about the hard BB ball and I forgot to ask.
15-20 years later no issues so I wouldn't worry about it.

Im in the same boat here like you DM it feels like its a hard as glass with a sharp texture. ive had discomfort for years, One ball feels like it gets a cramp, like its caught on something or pinched. i went to doc a few times , i thought mabee a hernia that i ignored for too long. I had MRI ,they found nothing . I not ce the stone in there a year or two after all the testing. im only guessing that the random pain and discomfort ar tide to this. its my gut feeling which is right on when it all makes sense as well. Anyway heres my semi self prognosis and dillema . I was giving the gift of a STD Chlamydia not once but twice in my twenties. Not pleasant . the second time at the clinic i said i know exactly what it is just gimme the pills. No need to do the god awful test with jumbo size Q tip (wooden skewer with cotton ball on the end) . After i finally got rid of that for the last time, I feel like my package was never the same since.. Still works just the blood flow down there has been gradually slowing down.At this point it is like half of what it used to be. Some days it feels as cold as a cold water pipe in basement and has gone the way of the turtle.. So i feel that was the beginning and that was over 20 yrs ago, other symptoms now, that came to light after the Dr,visit (for what i thought was hernia) gas or constipated . something really gets cut off. (almost exactly like a pinched nerve.) its pain and discomfort. The quickest remedy seems to be to shake my lower intestines with my hand and bounce everything around to extrude the gas. the relief is short lived though. After pushing the gas or stool out it seems to tighten the knot in my balls tighter. So my point is i I have no idea and deal with it like all the other aches pains. I doubt this will lead to a cure for the one ball man .just hope u all were informed a lil . if i cant dazzle em with brilliance...

I have the same thing, as though it is a radiating pain similar to getting flicked in the balls, I found this about an hour ago and I'm only 16 so I got concerned. I hope it's all right my dad's a doctor so I guess I can check with him. This post helped me relax so thank you but still better safe than sorry

Let us know what your dad the doctor says. I have the same thing, I'm 48 years old and don't remember how long, but it's been a long time. Hasn't gotten any bigger. Only hurts when given a little squeeze. Just weird, but apparently fairly common.
