After eating one day and lying down, I felt a weird sensation at the back of my throat. Whenever I swallow, I can feel a small lump just on the right side of my throat, a bit under the adams apple. It's weird because I can just suddenly feel it. I don't have any symptoms at all so I have no idea what the hell this is. It just came one day after I finished eating and went to lie down.

If I don't swallow, then I can't fell it. I can't feel it on the outside of my neck either. When I stand upright or walk around, I can't really feel it when I swallow. But then when I lie down in bed, I can feel it every time I swallow. I don't really notice it in the morning but it becomes more prevalence at night. It's not painful but it's getting annoying. It's weird because I feel fine, no symptoms at all besides the headache the other night. But I think that's because I got no sleep the night before since it went away when I woke up the morning after.

This has been going on for a couple of days now. I've been reading around. It might be acid reflux but then I don't have any other symptoms. Don't think it's tonsil stones either. I can't really see anything when I look at my throat in front of the mirror. Is it just random swelling? Could it be a tumour?

Should I be worried? I'm only 18 and I'm starting to freak out.
