Hello, I'm a sexually active male. I've only had three partners, all claiming to be clean. However, about a week of sleeping with someone, there are four or five red bumps on the base of my penis. They're not lesions, they're not growing pus filled, they're not itchy. They even have hairs growing out of them, some quite long. Is it just a case of dry skin irritation? And it's not exactly numerous enough to be foccullitis i think. Am I freaking out over nothing?
