Hello!
I woke up to find a cluster of small red spots (I've had them occassionally from time to time when I exfoliate too hard during a shower, but never to this extent) on my thigh. They don't potrude and look as though there's bleeding under the skin. I'm an otherwise healthy 18 year old (female) and I don't suffer from diabetes, high blood pressure or any chronic diseases.
Does anyone have any idea what this is? I've attached a photo- as you can see, it only happened on one thigh (right) and looks to be rather dark against my skin. (WARNING: If you have trypophobia, you may find this a little sqeamish).
