Hello i have recently notice a small to medium size lump on the inside of my upper thigh sometimes its small or if i mess with it or were tight fitting paints
it gets bigger. i assumed that it was a in grown hair so i poped it. and blood/puss spewed from it. then i noticed it had swelled up to about the size of a nickel. i dont know what to do. im 21 years old male. i have never had any health problems..
