Well, if you have STD, then the symptoms would of showed up a week or so after s**. So it's not STD. It might just be an infection, since that area is generally constantly wet and warm, perfect as a bacterium breeding ground. It might also be from pads that you are wearing, or tight-fitting underwear. This also happened to me, and since I didn't have s** yet (not even oral), it cannot be STD. Remember when you were a teenager and had all those pimples? Well, it also might just be tiny pimples on an unusual spot. Since that spot is super sensitive ( as you may already know), then you might not want to use the products used for facial pimples on there. You want to just gently cleanse the area with warm water or take a stiz bath. Either way, it worked for me. But no matter what, DO NOT use achohal! That hurts really badly.

It's okay, really. I get the same problem, and I'm still a virgin. Anyway, all it seems to be a yeast infection. Especially if one or more of the following symptoms occur: itching, burning, smelliness (worse than usual), and/or redness. I get these at least two or three times a year, you should be fine as long as it goes away within a week or two.
