I have bile burps, abdominal pain and cramping, vomiting, weight loss and often accompanied by back pain. My endocronologist says hypothyroid can cause this as well as low cortisol. I'm being tested this week for both.
I just woke up with this today I woke up feeling really neusious and when I burped it tasted like rotten eggs idk how to explain it I keep throwing up after I burp help
I have had it now for a month and they keep running blood work and finding all kinds of issues but still have not got it to stop. its been happening to me for years but this time it just will not stop, I am seeing 3 doctors trying to get it stopped.
I had my gall bladder out 9 years so I know this disgusting bile burping up in my mouth along with horrific vomiting and throwing up at the same time is something more.Had this 3 times 5-6 months and I am worried. I make sure I don't eat 2-3 hours b4 I go to bed so I am wondering what is wrong? Does anyone know about diverticulitis? Also bad pains in lower back and also stomach. I did have some popcorn way b4 this happened as wondering if popcorn could be the culprit. May schedul a colonoscopy to have them check all thru my intenstines for any answers.
I used to have the gut wrenching pain, which was only alliviated after you finally got to throw up,!
I eventually worked out that it would only happen after I ate a certain food, usually jelly type soft chewy Lollies.
I found to ways to help resolve this problem for me!
1. Don't eat the fatty sugary food in large amounts, or at all! Too much bread related products, cause the same effect.
2. Drink a large glass of pure water, not tap water, mineral water maybe ok?, about 30 minutes prior to the food consumption!
Then drink another large glass about 1 hour after food consumption!
This has worked for me!
Coffee, soft drinks, soda's etc, are not a replacement for water! So don't kid yourself that drinking those will help!
jeez...
i have the same issue.
it sucks!!!
Yes. It is the worst thing in the world! I am here awake at 2:30am writing this message... I have to say I just cant take it. The pain is unbearable. and the burps are so bad I almost feel like fainting :(. Try holding your nose closed. By the way I am only 13 :(. Please help!
I have never been so gassy in all of my life! I literally smell like a sewer. It's so humiliating to burp and toot and both smell like a SEWER LINE BACKED UP IN YOUR BODY! The only change in my diet was I ate some of those squishy orange circus peanuts and some homemade beef stew.
liver abcess 3 years ago. same fart burps and back pain. now its happening again.
Thank you Guest that is what I have word for word you are right on with my system.
Have you had your gallbladder removed? If not that may be the problem. If you have, try a stomach enzyme with ox bile in it. The same was happening to me. I tried all traditional ways to find out what was wrong and finally went to a natural path. He recommended I take the stomach enzyme because after my gallbladder was removed I was lacking the enzymes to process my food properly. Bile vomiting stopped and I was fi ally able to eat normally again! Good Luck!!
I have had all the same symptoms that you all have described...Literally felt as if my stomach was rotting and the pain and naseau were off the charts...after ALOT of testing as well as doing my own research here's what seems to be the problem....PARASITES! Im sure you all want to jump off your seats but 56 million americans have been diagnosed with MANY kinds of parasites...the symptoms are all things this board had discussed...perhaps ask your doctor and do some of your own home work...rather disgusting to think about but maybe some of you will be able to remedy your problem if you could diagnose it as parasites...good luck all
I had something similar a number of years back. I had foul gas coming up my throat from my stomach, vomiting, diarrhea and sever stomach pain. It was so bad, I went to the hospital. They couldn't find the cause, so they just treated the symptoms. After it happened a couple more times they ran several tests (urine, stool, ultra sound) trying to figure it out. I finally worked it out myself - it was caused by an intolerance to shrimp. I have since discovered I can have a small amount of shrimp with no ill effect, but if I have about 4 or more shrimp, then the foul gas starts (always the first symptom).
Sound like gastroperisis to me .. I think that's how u spell it .. I have had the same thing for 4-5 months n was finally diagnosed with this .. good luck .. had to change eating habits n etc ..
