The smell behind my ear won't go away even after washing and completely drying (smells like cheese).  It's really annoying and it just started.  Do you think it could be front a different shampoo?  and it appears to be only behind one ear.  My wife said the area doesn't look infected, she sees no cuts or redness or rash.
