Cannabis and sertraline are certainly not a good combination. Of course you will find lots of people that didn’t experience any side effects from this combination but this doesn’t mean that is safe. Weed smoking and taking sertraline makes the risk of side effects bigger, this happens because the combination can give you a higher concentration of antidepressant in your blood. I advise anyone to never combine sertraline and weed, is not worth taking the risks just to be high. And most of all don’t be afraid to look for professional help in the difficult times, they really can help you a lot. Also the fact that until now you didn't have any serious reaction doesn't give you safety about this combination.
