smooth itchy red patches on stomach and hip as well as one near my armpit

They itch like crazy, could these be just sweat rashes? They come up every so often and drive me insane unless nothing is touching them i.e. contact irritatates them. They look not unlike large birthmarks and are very soft and ever so slightly raised. Anti itch creams seem to have little or very temporary effect.

A couple have developed tiny clearpimples but I think this could be due to overuse of the cream. Any help would be appreciated as it's very uncomfortable.
