It may be a lymph node that you are feeling. Have you been feeling ill lately?
If it is something you just noticed then check with your doctor. They can palpate it (feel it) and if necessary schedule you for a mammogram. It does not necessarily have to be cancer but it is worth having checked.

I have been tried but I don't get much sleep because I go to bed late and get up early, am just scare that I might have cancer, I never really had boobs and I never thought that I might have breast cancer. That last part sound weird but it is the truth.
It means your brests are growing or your comeing up to a piriod x
