I see something like milk discharge from my penis every morning, but i don't feel any pain when urinate but am not comfortable with it and av been seen this thing for like 4 month now please i need help quickly

See your doctor. It could be pus and indicate an infection, possibly an STD or UTI. If so, you do need to treat it ASAP as the longer you wait the more damage (possibly leading to infertility) could result.
