Two days ago my son who's 5 woke up vomiting. He threw up twice, then seemed to be fine for the next couple days. He even had a pizza sub for lunch that day and was happy running around like normal. Now he's throwing up again. Is there a virus out there that causes you to be fine, then really sick again? He's never done this before. Usually he continues to throw up until the bug is gone.
