HEllo everyone,

So recently me and my boyfriend of 10 years have decided to start a family. I have polycystic ovary disease and therefore i may need help in conceiving and i have made a trip to my gyn. HE has put my on provera as a starter basis because i dont have regular periods. The pill pamphlet states that 3-7 days after taking the pill i should come on...well i havent come on and i have now got really bad shooting pains in my left breast. I am also feeling cramps in my lower stomach...

i was wondering if this is side effects from the pill possibly or from some other possibility...i hate to get my hopes up buut is it possible i could be pregnant???
