You have just described very similar symptoms to me - pain on the left side only, lump in the throat, tingly tongue. I am now experiencing earache and also sometimes pain in my jaw/teeth - again all on the left. Lots of mucus in the throat / top of the chest too but I can't bring it up. Went to Dr's twice and was told it's a viral infection, had anti-bios which helped but of course it's reoccurred numerous times over the last 6 months now. So glad I've found this thread!

I have the exact same issue bro. I suspect Acid reflux. But the lump thing comes and goes frequently. and i can feel that it's caused by the gas pressue.

I have been dealing with the same problem for over 20 years now without satisfactory answers. 1 neurologist said trigeminal neuralgia the other said atypical facial pain, another doctor said Lyme rheumatologist said antcardiolipin syndrome. The 1 thing that helps me a little is plaqenil and warm compresses. Also massaging the sublingual and parotid glands . I hope you get a better answer and relief. Il
