It started in January. My neck started to hurt in many areas front, back and side. Then, before the month was over I became tender under my chin around the lymphnodes and salivary glands. Some are sensitive to slight pressure and they definatley feel swollen. My gums hurt slightly in some areas of the mouth and in the last month my toungue has swollen up a bit to wear I noticed a change. Sometimes I can feel a sharp pain begin near thee lymphnodes and travel down to where my collar bone meets my neck. Nothing really alarming or rapid, it all feels pretty gradual.

Not sure if they are related but:

Coinciding with these events in January I began to get small bumps around the genital area. Most are small and there were less than 10 total spread about, a few on the penis, between the thighs and one larger, and acouple extremely firm ones below the waste line. They are hard to the touch and remind me of an ingrown hair abcest or something of that nature.

Any help would be appreciated.
