Soreness around opening to vagina

For a about a week now i have been quite sore around the opening to my vagina. I thought is was getting better but i woke up this morning and it was all swollen and slightly itchy.

I dont think its thrush because there is no discharge. Im really worried about this and want an opinion asap. If anyone can help me i will be very greatfull!!
