Hello all, I recently started having a dull pain or soreness on the side of my chest- Both sides. The pain is below the armpit at my sides. What is this? It feels like after you do pushups or bench press but I havnt done either in a while.

I would have a doctor check this out. It could just be something little but it still warrants a check up by the doctor
