Yea freezing them might work. I personally wouldn't do it out of fear that I might damage or burn the skin, or worse. And since i've had great results with the tweezer method- I just stick to that. The wound powder is tricky to apply, and it has to be applied directly after raising the compress. Immediately. Try to do it quickly so your not putting the powder on a pool of blood. Nowadays when I do it, I just skip the wound powder and apply pressure from the top and the bottom of the area. Like a pinching effect. Just pinch the sack ( enough to stop the bleeding but not where it hurts obviously ) for a good 10-15 minutes. Do it without peeking too because the bleeding can start back up and your time starts over. I treat it like a shaving nick cuz sometimes those can be a b***h too. But overall, just try holding the compress for longer duration-- I found the pinch method better than pressing onto the body. Think of your scrotum as a ballon when you are pinching. The idea is the index finger and the thumb meet with the skin in-between. Pressure is applied from the top, and bottom where the dome used to be And yes I have had to do a spot twice. They gone now. But I do see the very beginnings of the little bastards. They are too small to even grab / see so I'm not the slightest worried about them any longer. But for the most part Ive been spot free since the day I did them.

Can you message me with more details or maybe even talk with me on the phone? Mentally I am severely bothered by this. I probably have 10 to 15 of them. I have been treated 3 times now and they return in a month. Your advice or what you do to treat them would really help me out. Thank you for reading. Please message me. Your advice would be much appreciated!

I have hundreds of them on my scrotum and 50 or so on my shaft. I have fabry disease which has attributed to this but also a varicocele.
I did some research and tried a laser a couple of years ago but it did not work
As for the psychological aspect, it did bother me but its just something I accepted.
As for girlfriends, ive never really had one however I've had many one night stands and so far they have not been noticed - even with oral sex lol. I try to keep the lights down to avoid them noticing.
It would be great to get rid of these. It may take some time with the soldering iron process. I probably have close to a thousand!
Might try using the visine to reduce the size prior to treatment. The HCI method also may be better for a larger treatment area.
Anyone with advice feel free to share.

For anyone new who is wondering about all of this I will give a description of my experiences so far with the advice I've found in this forum using the paperclip method. TRY THIS FIRST IF YOU ARE AFRAID OF THE SOLDERING IRON APPROACH.
Firstly, I am not entirely sure what I have/had since I've never had it looked at by a professional but looking at images on google I determined that I likely had angiokeratoma of the shaft. I have none whatsoever on my scrotum but I am only in my 20s so that may change. Anyways I had around 10 of these spots from the midshaft towards the head. Some were smaller (like the tip of a pen) others were much larger.
The method I used was to heat up the end of a paper clip with a bic lighter. I held it in the lower part of the flame for 7-15 seconds or so (if you hold it in the upper part the clip will turn black and will leave residue on your application spots). Then I would essentially just tap the surface of the skin where the spots were. It was hot so it was more like I would quickly dab the spot 3-7 times depending on the size of the spot (reheating the paperclip as needed b/c its small surface area loses heat quickly). Some of the smaller ones bled and I just applied pressure until it stopped. The larger ones (one of which about half an inch below the head) didn't even bleed. They slightly changed color and then in a couple days the skin scabbed (and presumably the blood underneath the surface). Even on the bigger spots you can't even really tell there is any scarring. Sometimes if I didnt think the skin was burned enough I would eat up the clip and dab it a few more times the next day to ensure a scab. With the paper clip you can even reapply to spots you've already treated, so if you reduce the size but arent satisified dont be afraid to do it to the same spot again. I believe that because the paperclip doesn't get as hot as a soldering iron (its still hot though, you will flinch everytime you touch the skin) its bearable and doesnt leave any serious scarring. Plus once the surface of the skin has been touched initially it will lose feeling and you can dab it with the clip a little more liberally. If you try this don't be discouraged that it doesn't change color immediately, give it a few days and if it doesnt scab then try it again. Some will shrink immediately and leave a pin point scab which will then flake off.
Anyways just wanted to give my experience with it as i've had the spots for a while and I promise you, it is not as bad as it sounds (the paperclip method at least) and it can work for you. I've removed almost all of these spots over the last couple weeks and with each week my penis looks more normal. I was coming to accept it but I am glad I stumbled upon this forum b/c I would have never thought of this and would regret spending money just to have them return. Even if it turns out to be a temporary fix then at least it didn't cost you any money. I'm about 3 spots away from being spot free. I thank everyone who took the time to respond to this forum and sharing their experiences and insights. Good luck everyone.

I'm so glad I found this discussion here. I did a Google search on home remedies for angiokeratomas on the scrotum and found this discussion about the soldering iron method. In the past I've gone to a dermatologist and have paid $500 to $800 for 20- to 30-minute laser ablation treatments. It's been a couple of years since my last treatment, and the angiokeratomas have been coming back slowly over time. I've been putting off going back to the dermatologist because of the cost and the embarrassment. I'm so happy to have found this home treatment. I ordered a soldering iron on Amazon for $19.00 two days ago and got it today. I wrapped the paperclip wire around the end so that the wire sticks out perpendicular to the soldering iron. The soldering iron that I bought has a dial that lets me adjust the temp from 200 to 450. I set it to 200. It worked great. It feels just like the laser treatments--a very quick burn prick sensation, and then the feeling is gone. You only want to touch the end of the hot paperclip to the red dot for a very quick millisecond. Just a very quick touch. You're not burning your skin; you're simply making the red dots retreat. Not sure how it works, but it does. Now I can treat these unsightly red dots on my ball sack in the privacy of my own home for just the cost of the soldering iron (and a paper clip). Thank you to the person who made the original post about this treatment method and to everyone else who followed up with their questions, responses, suggestions, and experiences.

This approach is similar to the laser. I have got them remove three times at the dermatologist. Which was very embarrassing and as painful. I first notice them when I was 18 now I'm 30. I really hope this works bc going to the dermatologist got expensive. I notice since I didn't get them remove they got bigger overtime. When I did it some turn white, smaller ones pop and kinda went away but the bigger ones didn't hurt as much but I did go over them more than one time.
I bought the 5 dollars soldering iron thing from walmart, the tree oil and antibiotic cream +pain relief. Put some tree oil on the area and went to town on them suckers. When I was finish rub a little cream and called it a day. You, will feel some discomfort after but its normal. You did just burn your sac. It feels just like when I got them removed professionally. Will check back and post results.

I've had success by just stabbing them with a fine sewing needle a few times. It's not as painful as it sounds, believe or not, although there is inevitably blood that you have to wipe away. It got rid of them all for ages, but I've just checked and there are about three back now but very small - more like little specks really - so I will probably have another go at them soon.
I'm happy doing this as I don't think there's any risk of scarring. There was certainly no sign of my 'treatment' once the areas had healed after about a week.
Just thought I'd share for anyone who, like me, is a bit too scared of the soldering iron method!
